Cà dei Fiori was born from a long held dream, a dream that was to be built from the earth, trees and plants, as a celebration of man and nature. It materialized in 1982, from the efforts of three young foreigners in love with the natural beauty and majesty of this mountainous zone. After years of testing, research and attempts at cultivation, the business began to stabilize with dozens of species of herbs, and began to market its products in 1986.
The company collects and uses plants that grow naturally, it facilitates the growth and reproduction through indirect techniques attentive to environmental balance, fostering biodiversity in its cultivation practices.

The Biodynamic method used in Cà dei Fiori adds to the system of Organic farming the idea of cosmic cycles and the use of specific compost preparations.
